It's so easy to move through the world and feel swept up, energy whizzing around in the head and thoughts jumbled. As we move through our daily lives, busy with responsibilities and tasks, it can be difficult to slow down and really feel the energy moving within the body.

The practice of Chi Gung allows us to slow down, feel and build the energy within our bodies.
