Sound Bath Meditation with Erik Lutz

  • The Zeal Center for Learning 47 Maple Avenue Sodus, NY, 14551 United States (map)

Join us for a delightful opportunity to unwind and restore!

Please arrive between 7 - 7:25 to get settled. (No admittance after 7:30 pm)

Simply show up, get comfortable, and let the waves of the bowls wash over you!

The harmonizing states of being from these sorts of meditations can include: relaxation, serenity, detox, inflammation reduction, vitalization, enhanced focus, personal insight and development and much more!

This form of Sound Bath Meditation features ancient and modern metal singing bowls from Tibet and other parts of the world. These wondrous instruments support healing through the vibrations they emit and resonate with when played.

The ancient bowls were made from months of preparation & intention - gathering wood to fuel the fires to form the alchemy of the bowls from a variety of metals, the many hands to bring the bowls into form, the mantras and prayers that went into each strike, the journey of the bowls as they were cared for and and protected.

Science is catching up to what the ancient masters have been up to for centuries! The vibrations from the bowls benefit how our bodies function and how our energy flows.

This event is an enriching opportunity to hear their voices, and to experience the empowering effects of the bowls within ourselves.

We hope to see you there!

$15-30 per person suggested - please pay at the door
