YOGA GLOW

Join Mackenzie for an exhilarating five weeks of yoga flow filled with strength building sequences, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and sweat producing holds. We'll strengthen, lean and tone muscles and get the blood flowing for the Spring season!

STRESS RELIEF YOGA

Sometimes, you just need to breathe, rest, lay on pillows and feel supported; this is that yoga class. Join us for very gentle movement, centering and 3 – 4 supported poses that allow for deep relaxation.

UNPACKING THE POSES

Have you ever been in the middle of a yoga pose and thought to yourself - Am I even doing this right??

In this one hour workshop, we'll break down 2 -3 yoga poses, starting from the basics and moving to the details that make the pose. We'll focus on proper alignment, muscle activity, details to make your pose stronger and warm-ups to achieve your full expression of the pose.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is an approach that uses traditional yoga poses in a non-traditional way. You come into a pose, settle into it, and hold the posture awhile, allowing the muscles to soften. Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues, bones and joints rather than the muscles.

This all ages course, will focus on maintaining and improving your physical, mental and emotional health as you age. Together we will discuss and experience tools for fostering health, independence and the ability to deal with life stresses with grace and balance. 

We will focus on strength, flexibility, agility, balance, stress management, circulatory system, heart health and brain health.
